Welcome!

For people who feel everything before they can name it. I'm a queer, neurodivergent therapist working with adults whose emotions and senses are deep, sharp, quick, and sometimes painful. My clients are often “super-feelers” who experience the world vividly, notice microscopic details and patterns, and feel frustrated by (but sometimes jealous of) those who don't. Many are engineers, creatives, and highly introspective people who function well externally, but feel internally overwhelmed by racing thoughts, emotional intensity, or excruciating sensory experiences.

My approach is eclectic. I frequently use ACT, DBT, and executive function coaching to navigate ADHD, ASD, and emotional or sensory overwhelm. I also offer EMDR for complex trauma, and integrated ERP for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Sessions are active, engaged, and often existential. We'll work with patterns and triggers as they play out in real time.

This work is best suited for those seeking depth-oriented care, and who are ready for consistent engagement week after week. If that sounds like you, please feel free to reach out, and we can start the conversation.

In the therapy room:

I have experience working with individuals experiencing difficult life transitions, sexual and gender identity issues, relationship issues, substance use disorders, and mood disorders. I welcome clients of all ages and identities, as well as those interested in modern and integrative relationship therapy.

My specialty areas include:

My training:

I earned my B.A. in Psychology at Oakland University, and completed my Masters of Social Work at Wayne State University. Since 2019, I have worked in both in-patient and outpatient mental health settings. I have interest in psychedelic therapy and integration and have completed training in providing integration for those who have had psychedelic experiences. I have also completed additional training in OCD treatment, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, and Safe and Sound Protocol.

In my free time, I love watching thrillers, spending quality time with my partner, and finding small ways to connect with the universe.
