Welcome!

The therapeutic relationship is so important, I am glad that you are looking to find someone whose style and approach will work for you! I am a graduate student therapist that works with children, adolescents and adults that could benefit from a supportive, authentic and empathetic environment that fosters growth and self love.

Therapy is a collaborative experience, we are on the same team! I will do my very best to create both a physical and emotional environment that are comfortable and supportive that is geared towards you as a human being.

In the therapy room:

I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, children, the neurodivergent community, as well as people experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, have difficulty communicating and those who feel unheard and unique!

My specialty areas include:

My training:

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wayne State University, where I am also currently in the final year in the Master’s of Social Work program. I am a graduate student therapist who provides low-cost therapy with the supervision and guidance of BHG’s more experienced clinicians. Professionally, I have worked with disabled and neurodivergent children and adults for the past 5 years in a multitude of settings.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my friends, family and loved ones. I thoroughly enjoy playing music, watching and playing sports (I’m a big Detroit sports fan!), cooking, watching movies and television, and playing video games.
