Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. Making the decision to begin therapy is courageous, and I am honored to be a part of your journey.

My goal as a clinician is to provide a supportive and empathetic environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I aim to empower you with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges and achieve your desired outcomes. I will utilize multiple evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

In the therapy room:

My specialties as a therapist include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also focus on helping clients navigate life transitions, build healthy relationships, and develop effective coping strategies for managing stress.

My specialty areas include:

My training:

I completed my Master of Social Work program at Wayne State University.

I have also completed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy basic training.

While working towards my MSW, I have completed an internship at DaVita in Romulus. During this internship, I discovered my passion for helping those who experience anxiety and depression, and those who have experienced trauma or PTSD.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, reading, walking my dog Finley, spending time with friends and family, and riding my Peloton.
