Private Pay Rates

• $190 for intake (this session gathers history and gets to know you and your goals)
• $150 per 60 minute session

Insurance

We are able to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and limited appointments for Blue Care Network, as well as Aetna, Priority Health, UMR, Cigna and United Healthcare. We have been able to successfully bill some other plans as an out of network provider-but this all depends on your insurance.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits: 

1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
2. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
3. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
4. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

 Remember-you are responsible for knowing your insurance plan and coverage.

Payment

We accept cash, health savings plans, flexible spending accounts and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on the patient portal when you become a client.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
