About Your Retreat Facilitators

Alison Hughey

Alison Hughey’s greatest passion is guiding clients in connection, comfort and communication through music. Since studying music therapy at Converse University and earning her board certification in 2010, she has served clients from 18 months of age up to 103 years old and contributed to research in community mental health and dementia care. Alison wears multiple “music hats” as a music & wellness retreat facilitator, creative arts card deck creator and frequent concert attendee.

Shannon Stockwell, MS, PA-C

Shannon is clinically trained in conventional medicine and has also trained in holistic/functional medicine, mindbody medicine, and intrinsic coaching. She is neurodivergent (gifted, AuDHD) and can somewhat be described as a mix between a modern medicine woman + a spiritual activator + the introverted girl next door, though labels are not her favorite. 😉 She loves dancing and cooking, and pretty much does both daily, often simultaneously. She has risen up from a life of trauma, loss, and pain to help women all over the United States heal their bodies, minds, and hearts, reversing chronic illness patterns, just as she has in her own body. She lives in Plymouth, Michigan and is remarried to the love of her life, Troy, and has two children. 💋 This is Shannon’s seventh transformational retreat.

Holly Sanders-Cobb, LMSW

Holly is a clinical social worker, therapist, and owner of Healing Space Collective. Holly is also a clinical herbalist and loves mixing therapy with nervous system regulation and healing. Holly loves plants, being outside and reading. She lives in Plymouth, MI with her partner and children. This is Holly’s first transformational retreat.

Becca Gerlach, LMSW CAADC

Becca is a clinical social worker, therapist and owner of Being Human Group. Becca works primarily with teens and adults in various life transitions. She loves reading and traveling, and is currently working on making it to every national park in the US. Becca has worked hard on her own healing journey to be able to provide healing for others. She lives in Plymouth, MI with her partner and children. This is Becca’s second transformational retreat, and first time as primary host.
